Area of responsibility

You will take the lead of your mandates with plenty of autonomy, actively contribute your expertise and, if desired, can develop towards a partnership in the medium term.

Your tasks

  • Independent management and development of mandates of various sizes and industries
  • Organisation, analysis and closing of client accounts, support of tax and payroll mandates as well as internal projects
  • Responsibility for smooth mandate processes and active contribution to corporate culture
  • Support in training junior employees

Requirements

  • Many years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector, supplemented by further training at specialist or expert level (at least federal certificate level)
  • Strong analytical thinking and a careful, yet practical and solution-oriented approach
  • Natural and professional leadership with an integrative, winning manner and high social competence; customer-focused and team-oriented
  • High affinity for modern IT and digital solutions and their productive use in everyday work
  • Fluent communication in German; knowledge of other languages is a plus and enhances your profile
