Talent from your own network is particularly valuable. That's why we appreciate and reward it when you help us attract new team members. Every successful referral is rewarded with an attractive referral commission.
Those who contribute to the growth of Quality Treuhand should share in the joint success. For successfully referring new clients from your personal network, you receive a revenue commission based on a fixed percentage. This is paid out annually – as long as the client is served by us and you are part of our team.
Your security and financial protection are a central part of an attractive work environment for us. That's why Quality Treuhand invests specifically in comprehensive insurance and pension solutions for its employees. We cover the full premiums for accident insurance (occupational accident insurance, non-occupational accident insurance, and supplementary accident insurance) and provide private health insurance coverage for all employees worldwide. We also deliberately set higher standards for occupational pension plans than required by law: In our pension fund (BVG), the annual salary is insured, and we have increased the savings contributions by 1% each. In addition, we have optimized survivor and disability benefits.
We work according to an annual working time model. The working time to be performed is considered over the entire year and is not fixed to individual weeks or months. This model creates a uniform standard, personal planning security and enables flexible scheduling of working time throughout the year.
The annual holiday entitlement is five weeks. Additionally, all employees have the option to purchase up to two weeks of additional holidays per year. Supplementary to this, unpaid leave can be taken depending on personal situation and needs.
Public holidays are granted in accordance with the regulations of the City of Zurich. Additionally, you receive a half day off on December 24th and 31st. You can also freely choose a day off for Sechseläuten or Knabenschiessen.
Quality Treuhand enables flexible home office work and supports this with a modern, digital work environment. The specific arrangement is discussed individually with your manager. At the same time, we place great value on personal exchange and teamwork. Direct contact in the office strengthens team spirit and facilitates many coordination tasks.
Quality Treuhand promotes flexible working models and creates room for new perspectives. In addition to home office options, we offer employees the possibility to work from a different location for a limited time. A so-called workation is possible for up to one week per year.
Once a week, we invite the entire team to enjoy lunch together. Simply choose your favorite dish from the selected restaurant, and Quality Treuhand takes care of the bill. A delicious way to connect with colleagues, foster team spirit, and recharge for the rest of the day.
Continuous education and training is a central part of our quality philosophy and a key success factor at Quality Treuhand. We invest specifically in the professional and personal development of our employees. We generously support part-time further education – from professional certificates to federal diplomas to further specializations.
